The Resource may feature or recommend certain products, brands, materials, or processes that require your best judgment and attention to any relevant instructions and/or warning labels. Our Resource is targeted towards adults creating activities for children and therefore require adult supervision. You acknowledge and understand that you are fully aware of and assume any and all responsibilities and risks (including but not limited to risks of serious bodily injury or property damage) when using the Resource. You acknowledge and agree that Mothercould shall have no responsibility or liability in connection with your access or use of the Resource and you agree to release Mothercould, its employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, causes of action, losses, or damages resulting directly or indirectly from your use of the Resource. The Resource may contain certain content, products, brands, features, links, functionality, extensions, and other services that are provided by third-parties (“Third-Party Materials”) and are not under the control of Mothercould, nor is Mothercould responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, safety, or reliability of the Third-Party Materials. If you decide to use or access any Third-Party Materials you do so entirely at your own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions of such third-parties.
